Daring Greatly

TM

Where in your life do you want to show up, be present, and brave? In Daring Greatly™ we explore vulnerability, courage, shame, and worthiness when it comes to showing up in the various arenas of our lives. We examine the thoughts, emotions, and behaviors that are holding us back as we identify the new choices and practices that will move us toward more authentic and wholehearted living. The primary focus is on developing shame resilience skills and developing daily practices that transform the way we live, love, parent, and lead.

Rising Strong

TM

Everyone experiences falls. Rising Strong is about what it takes to get back up and how owning our stories of struggle give us the power to write a daring new ending.  We'll rumble and get curious, reckon with our emotions, thoughts, and behaviors, and take those first daring steps to start a revolution in our own lives. Struggle can be the greatest call to courage and the clearest path to a wholehearted life.

The Gifts of Imperfection

TM

"Wholehearted living is about engaging in our lives from a place of worthiness. It means cultivating the courage, compassion, and connection to wake up in the morning and think, No matter what gets done and how much is left undone, I am enough. It's going to bed and thinking, Yes, I am imperfect and vulnerable and sometimes afraid, but that doesn't change the truth that I am also brave and worthy of love and belonging."

Throughout The Gifts of Imperfection™ Workshop Series we will be DIGging deep as we explore Brené Brown's 10 guideposts to wholehearted living; reading, discussing, and lots of creating so that we may put the practices of courage, compassion, and connection into action.
